Not the Freshest Jack in the Box around but not bad
I went this morning 9/10/2020 and saw that they had a new employee. I saw that they are not helping him. they are only speaking ill of the person. And that's not correct, they wonder why they don't want Hispanics.
Good luck trying to get thru the phone. They pick up and click on you. I called 8 times one after the other and they keep hanging up on me.
Ordered a meal for just 1 (myself) they got every single item wrong, sandwich, drink and fries and even forgot the sauce multiple times. That wasn’t what had upset me, I understand mistakes happen and I’m happy to patiently wait while my order is corrected, however this particular time I was served by the manager who was extremely un-professional. Blamed me multiple times for getting my order wrong claiming I got exactly what I had asked for (not even close) I stayed polite the whole time and she never apologized to me or offered to do anything to have a better experience ( when I say she got my whole order wrong, I had to show her individually all 3 items in my order that was wrong) literally she couldn’t have cared less. I definitely will not return to this location siley due to poor management, can’t trust food from a manager who doesn't care about customers, I doubt she cares about her kitchen.
I like this place. I've gone a few times, but one thing that got me a few times is that they didnt take card. I went several times, and finally I just resorted to using cash, which I'm sure it was probably my cards fault (the staff was accommodating in this), but also I had a burger from there that was just covered in some sauce. There was even some onions that were on the bun, making the burger overall pretty soggy. I also have ordered two potato wedges with cheese and bacon (my dirty pleasure. ud83dude05ud83dude16) both times having cheese spilling out or having cheese sauce smeared on the packaging. Overall, good food and nice staff, but food quality and cleanliness could be improved.
