If you’re seeing too many bad reviews it is because most of them are true. I should’ve went with my gut instinct to not go here! FA dept is horrible except for one person who tries to fix everything by himself. They change payment plans without consent which comes out of my checking account on a bi-monthly basis. No consideration as far COVID accommodations financially or emotionally . I’ll have more for ya in May! Believe me!

The level of commitment from staff is totally clear why they're expanding so much. From Financial Aid to Advisors to Facilities staff, everyone is passionate about making you feel welcomed as a student.

Transferred here from another local community college that I had a terrible experience at. I love RCGC, the staff, professors, and the campus. If I was able to do my Bachelor's here too, I definitely would. Enjoyed my two years here.

Absolutely horrible financial aid department who changed information without our consent or knowledge or reasoning and have not been approved for any aid. RCSJ...if you take the time to read any of these complaints..do us a favor and fire everyone in that department for stupidity and hire an outsourced company with brains to properly handle the need and processes correctly. Disgrace and shame on you as a college to have a gross representation on your behalf

I went here for my associates, and it's really growing dramatically and all for the better. They really try to have an extensive array of opportunities, and they're much better with advertising this with the university center. Would absolutely recommend, to any age, coming out of high school or someone looking to change their career, this is a wonderful starting point.
