Trash.!!!!!!!nI called multiple times just to be put on hold and no one picks up the phone again.nCan I give them a negative star?

David, my PT is great! My progress is evident after each appointment. Very knowledgeable and not afraid to encourage me to try harder but knows when limitations are needed.

I've been going to this clinic for about 4 years and it's just going downhill fast. I've never had an issue with my doctor, but the scheduling and front desk persons that I've personally worked with are rude. All of the bills they send and signs in the office point you to use their online system for things. But if you use the online system they go out of their way to give you bad appointment times (it asks for all your preferences... if you call they get you in during those times, do it online they'll give you days you didn't want outside of the time windows that work best for you). If you do prescription refill requests they'll deny them. Call the front desk and they sound frustrated you called. I'm having my records transferred somewhere else. It's not the best way to get the help you need.
