I used to go to McCain pharmacy. Then they closed due to Covid. They were wonderful, always going the extra mile. The customer service here is horrible. I will go elsewhere. Very disappointed

Poor experience with the pharmacist. Fortunately I only came for a flu shot.nUnfortunately for them I'll start referring my patients to another pharmacy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, always excellent service and information! Yes, sometimes there is a wait because they are filling someone else’s prescription, but they need to concentrate for that process. You want want accuracy when your prescription is filled, don’t you? It is a very demanding job! Have some patience and remember that there is a lunch break 1:30 to 2:00 pm.

Timothy is the pharmacy manager at the King City location and I urge you to go any place else then this store while he he working. Was just treated like trash trying to get a script filled and also receive the $25 gift card promo for a new script. As soon as I asked him that question his whole demeanor changed to being completely rude, arguementative, and extremely unprofessional. Never have I had someone treat me so poorly and then walk away as i asked for his bosses contact information. Refused to give me any information, so I took my compliant to the supervisor who is working, hopefully Timothy will get some customer service coaching.

Horrible customer service. I've seen these people throw out tons of food at the end of shift and I get nicked and dimed when asking for a 8 pieces if I can sub 2 wings for a thigh, aside from that, they are over priced beyond measure. Go somewhere else or just get a Costco Membership and to hell with monopoly.
