The staff is always very helpful and everything is always kept neat.
The Children’s Librarian, Miss Mary, is very kind and wonderful with the kids. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. They offer so many fantastic children’s programs that I have always found to be fun and engaging as well as educational. I’ve also only had positive experiences with any other staff with whom we’ve interacted.
Its was nice
I have been to this library before a few times and never experienced this kind of hostility. I walked in and asked to use a computer to print out a project that i worked on for school. The lady (older white woman with glasses) who attended to me was very nasty. I didn't have my library card with me and wanted to use my school ID instead. She blatantly told me that Camden County don't pay taxes and i couldn't use the card. I don't know why she needed to tell me that. That was too much information for me and was uncalled for. I decided to write a review about this incident because people need to be accountable for their actions. I didn't do anything to this lady for her to come at me like that. Since her coworkers didn't call her out on it, i felt like they supported her actions. Very rude staff! Hostile environment!
Great selection, and there's computers. I especially like that you can use a computer near the back to check for certain books. 10/10 would recommend.
