Option Care at Legacy Health

Worst company ever! If I could give them a zero I would. I have a two-year-old daughter on a feeding tube and I brought her home a couple days ago from the hospital. The representative who came to the hospital assured me that all of the equipment would be at my home for her 5 o'clock feeding. well 4:45 came and nothing was here so I called the company and completely got the run around and was told O it will be there at 5 o'clock the drivers going to call you within an ETA. So I waited till 515 and called the company back they were closed. Yes there's a live representative however they couldn't really do much. Finally I got a call back and supposedly the driver was stuck in traffic even though they filled out the paperwork at 11:00 a.m. and had all that time to get the equipment to my house. The driver didn't get here until 7 o'clock and my daughters feeding time is 5 o'clock. I was up at midnight feeding her which threw her whole feeding schedule off. Not to mention the stress of thinking it wasn't going to get here and I wasn't going to be able to feed my daughter. Then I start opening up all the packages and realize the backpack that you are supposed to take with you if you need to go anywhere isn't in there so I have to call the company back. That's not even the worst of it tonight I realized the charger hasn't worked at all and my machine has one bar left. I called the company and the only thing that they can say as oh we will get 1 delivered tomorrow. I am so stressed out as a mother looking at my two-year-old child not knowing what I'm supposed to do. O but there is a tube for emergencies if you have to manually let it drip it's so hard to get a two year old to sit down while this thing manually drips. I hate this company I am calling my insurance tomorrow to file a complaint. This is so ridiculous the emotional stress I'm under having spent 2 weeks in the hospital with my daughter there should be no worry. Worst company ever. I'm contacting my attorney tomorrow and see if I can file any kind a complaint against this company they have not heard the last of me

My husband and I are horrified at what this company just done to us. Power struggle , lack of respect . Incompetent , negligent in home health care.
