Pharmacists have not once been correct about prescription dates being ready. Consistently informed to come back at a specific time and then hours or days later told “they just got it in and will be about 20 minutes” usually around 40. Multiple occasions told doctor has not called in or approved prescription yet, then when I call my prescribing doctor while at the counter and they say everything is ok on their end, it’s magically ready. Not sure why this pharmacy has been so much more complicated than any other I’ve ever been too but I would switch if I had an option that wasn’t twice the distance and thinking about it anyways still.

Worst pharmacy ever.. with the exception of Paul, who has always been professional and courteous. The rest of the staff, including the roving pharm Michelle- beyond horrible. Too many issues to list. If you’ve had a bad experience call the corporate office in California. Be persistent.

My wife and I had a terrible experience and will never return! Last week, we phoned and were told it would take about 20 minutes for a flu shot. We arrived in the morning and there were no other customers at the pharmacy counter. Over 40 minutes later, the pharmacist called us in. He was rude, short, sarcastic, and discourteous to us! We had to ask for our 10% discount coupon we receive each year. We never did receive our receipt/flu form we get each year describing the type of shot, etc. We will not be back!

270 dollars prescription for 60 gr and the pharmacist fill 45 gr. When I called they said is nothing they can do about it. Avoid.
