Will never know how their services are, because from the moment I sent an inquiry for a quote they disregarded my needs. I wished for a simple quote on end of life services. I've got an older cat whose time had come. A very emotional time, I had informed them that I preferred my quote to be emailed to me. Instead I got a phone call explaining that my cat isn't old, and that he would need an additional exam to pay for.nnI didn't write to them to be upsold on services. I found an alternative that recognized that this time and decision was hard for us and had compassion instead of turning the conversation into how I could best be a piggy bank for additional services. To treat someone in pain like this in a very sensitive time is a good reason to skip this company in particular.

At Home Veterinary Services just came and performed the best exam EVER on my Percy! Good news, he just needed some antibiotics and mild steroids, as I suspected. The vet and tech were terrific, and the cost was honestly about the same as going in to my regular clinic, but without the stress. She actually had trouble listening to his lungs because he was purring so loudly! They took their time and clearly really cared about my boys (the tech was playing with my younger kitty). Strongly recommended!

It has taken me several months to write this review but I really wanted to thank both Dr. Tisha Posey and her assistant Rachel for the way they helped my wife and I say good-bye to our pup Bridger. My wife and I have both had dogs previously but Bridger was our first dog together and he was the first I had raised from a puppy. Looking back on it, I realized Bridger had been with me for over 30 percent of my life, he was more than just a dog for us and having to make the decisions to say good-bye to him was excruciating. We were able to get Dr. Posey and Rachel to come out to our house on a days notice when Bridger took a turn for the worse and we knew it was time to say good-bye, which was amazing because if they had not been able to fit us in, we would have had to have gone to another vet’s office where Bridger would have been uncomfortable. We had Bridger at our normal vet the day before and they had sent us home with a months supply of pain pills, not recognizing the signs. When Dr. Posey & Rachel arrived, they came back to our bedroom where we had Bridger and they took their time approaching Bridger so as to not startle him and they gave him all kinds of delicious treats so he was super excited to see them. They knew why we had called them and once they saw Bridger they agreed that it was the kind thing to do, to let him go. At that point, they asked if either of us had been through this before and with the answer being no, they took the time to explain the full process, which was incredibly helpful. Extremely hard to hear but helpful. At that point, they told us they would be going outside so we could say good-bye to Bridger and when we were ready, to come get them. At no point did I feel pressured, like they were on a time table, it was as if we were the only appointment for the day, even though I knew we were not. Once we had spent enough time with B, we went and got them. From there both Dr. Posey & Rachel were great with Bridger and us. The process was extremely quick but in no way rushed, and we could tell B was not in any pain and that he passed quietly. Again Dr. Posey & Rachel left us to spend a bit more time with B and once we were ready they came and put B on a stretcher and covered him carefully and then took him outside allowing us one last time to say good-bye. Even writing this several months later I am still getting choked up, but for me I am just so thankful for Dr. Posey & Rachel and the fact that we had not had to say good-bye at the vet office where B would have been anxious and upset making the experience that much worse for everyone. B was comfortable, happy to get lots of treats and was excited to see both Dr. Posey & Rachel, so when he passed, he was not stressed at all or in any pain. I cannot imagine not using At Home Veterinary Services for our regular veterinary needs, especially for the end of life. It may cost a bit more but the care you receive is so good, it is worth the money. Thank you again to Dr. Posey & Rachel for the compassion and caring, we could tell they were all about the animals which is what I am looking for in a vet!

Dr. Posey was incredible and extremely professional when she came to my home to euthanize my little kitty cat, Snowflake. She made sure I knew everything she was going to do ahead of time, and made sure Snowflake was in a comfortable place in the home for the process. She took me step by step as to what was going on and ensured I was as ready as I could possibly be in the moment. Her and her assistant were very gentle with Snowflake and gave me as much time as I needed with her. I would very much recommend At Home Veterinary Services to anyone. They were amazing and I can't thank them enough for making this difficult chapter in life so comforting and easy.

I'm so appreciative of At Home Veterinary Services. My pets get such good care. My questions are answered completely and quickly at visits, as well as via phone and email. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and caring. Recently, my dog collapsed at the end of a run. I was able to get him an appointment later that day-- on a Sunday. He received a thorough evaluation and tests were run. Dr. Dillon spent 40 minutes with me on the phone explaining the results on a Friday night. 40 minutes! I am incredibly grateful for everyone there!
