I have used Tim twice now and it has been a great experience. We live in a townhouse complex and there have been recent torque spring issues with the garage doors. Tim replaced the torque rod with the exact same one as my neighbor but for $200 less than what they paid. Tim is a great guy to talk to as well. Highly recommend.
