Wonderful people, wonderful place.nnPopcorn is the bomb dot com & I love when they show old movies.nWe hit The Munsters last halloween & I so hope they are open for showings again by October this year.nnThis is one of the few independent theaters still around & you cannot go wrong with the great concessions, awesome prices, fantastic people & unbeatable charm.

Joy Cinema is a fantastic little theater. It's not a multiplex with all the new hits, it's not got fancy new chairs. What it has is charm. What it has is good deals on concessions. It has reasonable ticket prices. The employees and owners have always been wonderful. I try to go as often as possible. I also love that it's just a local theater that shows good movies.

The place is nice enough, but the owner is a horrible human being. I would not patronize this place again. Popcorn is extremely stale, too. He looks all nice on TV, but that's not the real person. If you like to overpay for gross popcorn and want to support a person who doesn't give a hoot about his customers, this is the place to go.

I love the Joy! It is really community oriented and a place for family fun...even for more adult fun on Weird Wednesdays...WHICH ARE FREE! The catch is you should buy some food or drink while watching, but with the reasonable prices how could you not?! Great place and great people. Thanks Joy for keeping the cinema spirit alive.

One of my favorite movie theaters! My bf and i found this place on a whim and have been going there ever since. We love the Monday discount movie night and especially the popcorn & drinks! We try to come a couple times a month. The owner is awesome and friendly. I will keep coming to Joy because I honestly want to support them. This is a lovely family owned theater and we will keep coming back!
