Extremely high base charges. Having to pay +$100 for one person should honestly be criminal.

I have lived here 17 years and in the last few years, the water bill has jumped more than 125%. I used to pay around 88.00 every two months but now I pay 110 a month and I am only 1 person. Also, if you are a day late, you phone will be blown up with automated calls.

Ridiculous base charge, terrible online payment system, pay by phone does not work. Talked to a rep and they said I have to come in person to make a payment until they can figure out my account.

Bought a townhouse and wasn’t occupying it for the first billing cycle. It was empty. Tigard charging us $103 (mostly “base” service fees) for services we didn’t use. I understand paying a minimum sewer and water treatment fee but one section states we’re being charged sewage fees based on an average and another fee is called a “base” fee becaus we HAVEN’T established enough usage data for an average. Make up your mind.

Extremely high base service fees. You will never have a bill below 100 even if you use no water. Wish I knew this before I moved here.
