Sorry 3 stars is all I can give for the process. It's redundant for some who have seasonal employment, which I don't believe has been researched and adressed. Our city employs a very large # of seasonal employees, many of whom are attempting to qualify for full time employment. During our employment we spend years and numerous interviews making an attempt at gaining full time status. I believe there could be a better approach to streamline city workers unemployment. Most, in my opinion, would rather continue employment rather than being seasonally laid off. Please consider a new approach.
