The lifeguards are pretty strict. I wanted to use a plastic paddle to help keep our raft close to shore, and in the spot the lifeguards wanted us to stay. But that was out of the question. They also keep everyone so close together you can barley enjoy the ocean, and you're constantly running into other people and children because everyone is so packed together.
