This place was way better than I thought it was going to be. On first glance the prices look a little steep but if you factor in the tag discounts you can get really good deals. Will definitely be back when I have more time to dig!!

I was going to consign for a first time a high end coats at this store and left them there Saturday at 2pm. I was told they will call me Monday with prices since their pricing person doesn’t work weekends. Monday no one called me and Tuesday early afternoon I decided to call them because I needed to know prices. I explained I was told they will call Monday and that I don’t appreciate that they are not keeping their word. Next thing I find a voice mail from Kathy and she asks me to call her back. I call her back and she starts explaining me that I should not expect them to call me back in two days and how I am being rude to her co worker. They are the ones who told me they will call me Monday, I expected that to happen. If they told me they will call me Tuesday I would have expected to get a call Tuesday! I don’t need some second hand store owner telling me that they never had such rude customer! I expect them to do what they told me they are going to do ! Good customer service is not about attacking your customers, I am thinking you are in a wrong business ! I am not buying or selling anything in this store !

Mark, the jeweler, is a master craftsman. He can repair watches, jewelry, and has made some beautiful pieces. Very professional a d talented!

I went here to put some jewelry on consignment. I was told I would receive a call in a couple days to go over prices and it would then be on the sales floor.nThe following week I came back with more, asking the status of the first batch.nI was told it was being worked on.nAfter over two more weeks and missing Black Friday, I went back.nMy jewelry wasn't even done being priced, much less getting ready for the sales floor.nIt was very disappointing. The jeweler seemed very knowledgeable and I had high hopes for this transaction. So the way it actually happened was unacceptable.
