This place was way better than I thought it was going to be. On first glance the prices look a little steep but if you factor in the tag discounts you can get really good deals. Will definitely be back when I have more time to dig!!

I was going to consign for a first time a high end coats at this store and left them there Saturday at 2pm. I was told they will call me Monday with prices since their pricing person doesn’t work weekends. Monday no one called me and Tuesday early afternoon I decided to call them because I needed to know prices. I explained I was told they will call Monday and that I don’t appreciate that they are not keeping their word. Next thing I find a voice mail from Kathy and she asks me to call her back. I call her back and she starts explaining me that I should not expect them to call me back in two days and how I am being rude to her co worker. They are the ones who told me they will call me Monday, I expected that to happen. If they told me they will call me Tuesday I would have expected to get a call Tuesday! I don’t need some second hand store owner telling me that they never had such rude customer! I expect them to do what they told me they are going to do ! Good customer service is not about attacking your customers, I am thinking you are in a wrong business ! I am not buying or selling anything in this store !

Mark, the jeweler, is a master craftsman. He can repair watches, jewelry, and has made some beautiful pieces. Very professional a d talented!

My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring here. Mark is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He educated us and gave us everything we needed to make sure we picked out the perfect engagement ring. You will get exceptional service and an amazing value at Posh Jewelers! I went here to put some jewelry on consignment. I was told I would receive a call in a couple days to go over prices and it would then be on the sales floor.nThe following week I came back with more, asking the status of the first batch.nI was told it was being worked on.nAfter over two more weeks and missing Black Friday, I went back.nMy jewelry wasn't even done being priced, much less getting ready for the sales floor.nIt was very disappointing. The jeweler seemed very knowledgeable and I had high hopes for this transaction. So the way it actually happened was unacceptable.
