I send in a check to pay my water bill, the water bill is $68, I sent them a check for 200 so they could apply the remainder to my account, they send me back a check for $150 saying that I overpaid, The check was made pay to the order of Wildwood water not me and no mention of my name at all on it and the account number on the check was scribbled out and a different number put on there. So I call up to ask what’s going on they say their computers aren’t working and they would have to call me back in 30 minutes, Never heard back from them
