I have used KBI insurance for several years and they do an amazing job. They are very knowledgeable and have friendly and prompt service. I currently use them for my business liability insurance and for work comp insurance for my employees. They have given me quotes for my home and auto insurance and I will switch to them for that insurance once I renew my policies. They have always given quotes that help me decide what the insurance coverage is best for my needs. They listen to my input and answer all of my questions.

(Business Insurance Review) KBI is great! I was with a previous insurance company that took multiple follow up calls to get information. I decided to shop around and found KBI near me. Their representative (Dave Kilhefner) was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He got me information and quotes almost immediately (where it took 1-3 weeks with the previous company).nnHighly recommend!

I had a great experience with KBI Insurance. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to find the best deal for auto insurance. I feel they wanted to help me and gave me an honest outlook on my insurance rate. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
