I went in because I needed help setting a G-Shock watch. John dropped what he was doing and took time to get me fixed. He didn’t try and sell me or upgrade me. Just fixed it. Awesome guy!
This jewelry store is beyond amazing. I have been to many other jewelry stores in PA and this one was able to solve a problem no one else could. My rings would wear down all my prongs by constant rubbing against each other. He connected all 3 of them and they are no longer moving and causing prong damage. Other jewelers said they couldn’t do that .nOn another trip he was able to fix a very sentimental ankle nomination bracelet.nWhat a fabulous place! Do yourself a favor and just come here. This is now my permanent go to jewelry store.
I have my mother's rings back again -- repaired / rebuilt and polished and absolutely gorgeous. I am in amazement every time I look at my hands!

Stay clear of this place. Very bad attitude and horrible customer service. I normally shop local as much as possible. I will never go here again. The guy barely says hello when you walk in. Not can I help you. Like you are bothering him I tell him my necklace hook broke and all he kept doing was telling me the only way this could have happened was you did this. All I want is my necklace fixed without the attitude of what I did to break the clasp keep in mind he just replaced it a couple months ago. Acting as if I was trying to get something for nothing. All I wanted was it fixed and give me the price.nDon’t waste your money people.
