We purchased a Quadra Fire unit from Fireside October of 2019. I was putting a piece of wood into the unit and went to shut the door and the corner of the wood touched the glass and it shattered from the corner out. I have had wood stoves for years and never had this happen. I contacted Fireside and first let me say the people I spoke with were very professional and polite...however they were told that it was not covered and it would cost around $1000.00 to install. I am very disappointed that a company would not stand behind something like this. They even said that is very odd..this never happens. We were going to give them more business, but now I would not give them any and strongly suggest you look to other companies that will stand behind their product and take care of their customers. Also, I could understand their decision more, if the unit was old...not 13 months old.

Fireside has supplied us with fireplaces for our custom home constriction company for 15 years. Our rep, Jeff Bennett, does a great job, He really knows his products, and is always very helpful.We highly recommend Fireside for your next fireplace!
