They took great care of me when I needed technical help with my fireplace, and even showed me around the warehouse to look at some of the great new fireplaces they have in stock. That level of friendly, professional service made me feel like part of the family, and now they have another loyal customer for life.

We keep getting notices in the mail about the need to check your gas fireplace. I called Dorothy Tester to schedule one.nnJoe was extremely kind and helpful, advising me to instead get it inspected for free by calling NW Natural. These other places want $100 or more.nnIntegrity is a great quality.
