BUYER BEWARE!!!nPurchased $1100 worth of items from this company for our university. Returned the items and received a return authorization. When we mailed the items back they never refunded our money and have been dodging our many phone calls and emails ever since. STAY AWAY.

EDIT: After posting this review, they mailed a check for my refund.nnI placed an order in December 2019, but had to return it. Ellumiglow has refused to respond to phone calls or emails about this order and refund for over 6 months. Feeling very scammed. Time to get my legal folks involved.
I stopped into Ellumiglow's shop to talk through some ideas I had on a personal project. The front of house person and I quickly realized that the product's Ellimiglow were a little out of my league. Even after realizing that I had little to no chance of being a buyer, the team was happy to talk through my project ideas and give me feedback. They seem to offer professionally quality LEDs and equipment. Thanks folks!
They ship quickly. However, they did forget one small item. Called and Justin took care of it in 30 seconds. Good service, good product.
