Went there for soMe quick cash between paychecks.. went in to pick up my jewelry on due date and the store was closed (during open hours) on a Saturday. When I went in on Monday morning she had MELTED MY RING down. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to lose a priceless piece of jewelry because they were closed when they were suppose to be open. Completely unprofessional be cautious when doing business there.
The store is wonderful to visit, so many treasures and special gifts to buy. Alot to take in at first, but so worth spending some time there.nThe owner is gracious and knowledgeable in the value of jewelry and collectibles.nShe will treat you fairly and make you feel welcome.
