My sister and I had an amazing experience with Carol B. At first glance, our family did not look like serious buyers but Carol gave us the best customer service despite our casual appearance. If it was not for her kindness and patience whilst helping us with our purchases, my sister and I would not have walked out with our new prized possessions. We sincerely appreciate her guidance.

The whole staff is amazing and made my purchase an event I will never forget I have something one of a kind for the rest of my life. They are incredibly knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun trying on pieces and talking. I felt like family not just a customer.

Wanna start by saying everything about this store is phenomenal! From the ambience to the very welcoming staff and the very large selection! I purchased a 2006 Rolex Submariner from Queen May recently and they have so many different options the hardest part was trying to figure out which one to buy! Dan and Amanda “the owners” were very helpful and patient while i made my decision! Glad i found my new favorite jeweler! Keep up the great work guys!
