They gave me gas once
Low priced gas and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Pleasant experience
I stopped in here for gas the other day. There was a sign on the pump due to the smoke, patrons should pump their own gas. As I started to open my car door, an attendant came out and said, no madam I'll pump your gas. As he started the pump he noticed both back and front tires on the passenger side were missing the air stem caps. He went and got a box of caps & replaced my caps. When my tank was full and he was giving me my receipt, I handed him $5. and said when you get off work, have a cold one on me..he grinned from ear to ear and said thank you so much, I get off in 30 minutes and I'll do that.
Ken is the best! He makes sure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations! I had trouble popping my gas cap. He could have easily and politely sent me on my way but instead got it working. While others had customers pump their own gas during the COVID pandemic, Ken recognized it far more dangerous to have countless customers handling the gas handle, it was CDC compliant to have employees work the gas handle and stuck to it. He is the reason I come back.
I hate to post another negative review for this area but.......They lost my gas cap and when I came back to retrieve the worker who helped said he lost it. I called the manager in the morning next day no answer left my number and name and still no answer.
