Had to make an appointment but didn’t get into room until one hour on the dot after I checked in (10 min before scheduled apt). Waited another hour + in the exam room to be seen for abdominal pain and they couldn’t do a thing for me and told me to go to main ER. They could have said something when I checked in so I wouldn’t have wasted my time or theirs. Great, looking forward to several more hours to be seen. Thanks for nothing Presbyterian

I'm giving this place 3 stars because I have recieved good care half of the time but the primary care physician part needs alot of improvement. Being neglected, discriminated and blacklisted for being intentionally injured by another physician is completely unacceptable and unethical. Urgent care is great so I will give this place 3 stars for that.

I finally got antibiotics... no thanks to the Belen urgent care. I had been told by two drs that I had pneumonia the same as my son's but needed an xray to get antibiotics. The only xray available was in Belen, wich is an hour from home. I got in & took only 10mins to be told "go home it's the flu". Usually if someone has a constant high fever, bad cough, and burning in their left lung you would think a real dr would check them. But all the dr did was "go home" if she knew what she was doing she would have 'swabbed me' for the flu to say I had the flu or not. She didnt even have the humanity to say "I hope you feel better or good night" she ran out way to quick because she knew she had no business as a 'doctor'.

They say make an appointment to get in and out because it is faster and then you have to wait an hour to even be seen then! This urgent care is not urgent. You might as well go wait at the hospital er because you still wait the same amount of time to be seen.

Walked in at 8 with an 8:20 appointment. Out by nine with a prescription I needed. Will definitely return. Best urgent care ever.
