Called this morning for an appointment. Was able to get in SAME day. My Physical Therapist mentioned Dr. McWeeney. Last week, I was telling my PT that I was having another negative experience at my long time Ortho Clinic in the Oregon City area. At that clinic I have had a broken wrist repair, distal bicep repair and Bilateral Osteotomy/Cheilectomy all done by the same Clinic ( different surgeons for each procedure. Each time I felt like I was in a factory. The experience so far at McWeeney’s office was vastly more comforting. The office Manager Athena was friendly professional and efficient. Dr. McWeeney was patient, congenial and listened. He was thorough and clear with his examination, his diagnosis, and my instructions till the follow up in a month. What a relief to find this Clinic.

We have been so blessed to have found Dr. McWeeney. On a holiday last year, we were so fortunate that Dr. came in on his day off to perform emergency surgery on our son's broken leg. He did an excellent job putting it all back together and then followed up this year with a hardware removal surgery. He has such a relaxed bed-side manner and really relates on a personal level with all of us. We are so grateful for the excellent care we received and we would highly recommend him!

Dr. Mcweeney was a tremendous help with my knee. Instead of rushing to suggest surgery, he gave me exercises and supports (such as tape) to help my knee maintain its stability while hiking. I appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and his care in helping my plan be successful. Thank you!

Told me I'm an emotional woman. I cannot stand rude, patronizing men. He allows this culture to permeate his practice. Very talented when he works on and with males, did great for my husband, who now says he wont go back, and son. Hacked my knee open like the scar didn't matter, has no concern for personal feelings, told me I need to starve and lose some weight. Not recomended for females.
