Unfortunate change in ownership late 2019. I had the best dentists in my life previously and they saw me through some tooth trauma with excellent dentistry and oral surgery that made me their patient for life. The new ownership has , in my opinion, been terrible.nThe one dentist under the new ownership who worked on one of my troubled molars did a good job and was thorough and very informative, but he left the practice shortly after. That told me a lot , along with all the other staff that jumped ship. My oldest child,18,has the most painful dental experiences of their life.nnPoor communication, terrible actually, from staff and ownership over other dental issues was the final straw for me. I would have left sooner, but with Covid situation, it made it difficult to search for a new dental practice. When you find a doctor that you trust 100% and have complete confidence, especially when prone to dental issues like root canals, two implants, and a predilection towards between teeth cavities despite excellent oral hygiene and good dental care, it is stressful to find new care with someone else.nnLuckily, one of the former owners began practicing again and I've gone back to her. What a wonderful relief.nnReally sad to experience Optima take such a nosedive with the change in ownership. If one purchases a business, one should expect to provide the same level of care, professionalism, and expertise as the previous owners did if they want to keep their clientele.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saleh's for over a decade now. I have had routine cleanings, crowns, gum replacement surgery, Zoom whitening, among other services performed by Dr Saleh and his team. The offices are clean, calm, and welcoming to me every time I visit. I don't consider myself the most cooperative patient, as I have a strong personality. The staff and doctors at Optima Dental are gracious and highly skilled in their professions.nnLaura ComiskeynPatient of Optima DentalnnNow Optima has new Dentists, staff, and Hygienists since its first being established by Dr. Saleh in the mid-2000’s. The office has been maintained, and the services offered seem to be as expansive as they were before. Staff is both attentive, and personable, with the waiting area, restrooms, and exam rooms still containing much of the same equipment as it has before the sale of the practice.

I was somewhat concerned when I learned that Optima had changed owners.nnAll my concerns were unfounded. Dr. Clow is outstanding. Really knowledgeable and a fantastic “touch”. I had work done today and the hygienists are all really friendly and very competent.nn5 Stars aren’t enough to express my experience!

First time @ this dental office. Treated me like I was a regular! They were all so pleasant, answered all my questions with patience & kindness. Had my teeth whitened & within 30 minutes my teeth were an entire shade lighter.nHighly recommend. ud83dudc4d

Great to finally get my teeth cleaned! Excellent COVID19 protocol, I felt safe there. My hygienist was cheerful and professional, and I got some good feedback from the dentist after the cleaning.
