I had an appointment time of 11:45am. I arrived 1/2 hour early and spoke with the officer at the door. He was very kind and courteous, called me Miss Margaret. I went in explained why I was there and was out in 15 minutes. Everyone was kind, caring and very friendly. I especially want to thank Miss Janice. She could tell I was a little nervous and calmed me. She thanked me for my service in the US Army. Very pleasant experience!!!
Here in line 4 am to get in at 8am 14 people in front of me.this is crazy.
Arrived at 9:30 and got a number (look for the security guard, the person doing the check in will by one of them. This process is all outside.) Wait time was 2.5 hours from receiving the number until I got in. You get text messages so you can go do other things until it’s your turn. Time spent inside was less than 30 minutes to get title/registration transferred from another state. Everyone was nice and helpful which was refreshing.nnThey ran out of numbers around 11, so definitely want to check in early. Completely unnecessary to queue up prior to opening and probably makes the overall process less efficient.
Regardless of the Governor's orders and (which they need to stay to in order to remain open) health department emergency codes the people there are the most pleasant in the business. Very courteous, organized and efficient. Took 5 minutes once inside. Need to get there early. (6 AM and I was number 58.) My hat's off to them all. Very commendable service!
