I renewed my application and they said I was denied which is fine. but they never gave me back my whole entire lease that I handed in with my paperwork. It’s like playing phone tag with them, and when I do call no EVER picks up the phone, this is insane. They gave me back all my documents I handed in but I’ve been waiting days to get my whole entire lease back, I used it as proof of address. And they only returned a copy of the front page of my lease and not the actually lease. This is ridiculous!
I was recently a member of the childcare assistance program. I would call and never get an answer the case worker was always out the office. When starting the program I sent of some paperwork. And went the sent my paperwork back my sons copy of his social security card was missing.(called and sent emails about that no one returned my calls). I had a complaint against my child’s daycare where the cops had to be called my childcare worker never returned my call. I then had to call the state. It sad because the idea of the program is awesome. The staff is just very unprofessional. I’m glad my child is 3 and can receive free child care now.
I attendant the Camden County Fair. I must say I enjoyed it.
