Worst customer service the lady with the blonde hair did not want to help me at all and she said that after 3:30 they don’t accept passport applications and that is not true because the offices close at 5PM and she needs to do her job properly and not kick people out because of their racial background. When she saw me and heard my accent her facial expressions immediately changed. If you are a person of color DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT AT THAT LOCATION. Go to another city like Beaverton or Tigard they are amazing friendly and great customer service, but don’t ever go to this racist place.
