Got my chain fixed here and it broke again within a week. The man who was fixing it was rude, too. He told me he didn't like my type of chain.. Won't be coming back.nnUpdate 11 months later: Ended up getting my chain fixed at another local jeweler and it still hasn't broke in 11 months. Looks like the chain wasn't cheaply made. It just needed to be fixed by a competent person.

Wow great people.. Stopped in Natale Jewelers for a simple repair of my men’s diamond pinky ring that I’ve worn on a daily basis for many years. Was greeted by Patricia who was very friendly, we discussed what I needed to have done to the diamond and that I needed it back ASAP as I was going on vacation I’m a few days and when I don’t have my ring on it simply feels like a forgot my wallet or watch or just that certain thing that you have on your person everyday. After a nice conversation Patricia had her husband Anthony come out to check out the repair and quote a price to take care of the problems. We figured it would be a two or three days to have it fixed the correct way and to give the ring a good cleaning.. Now for the WOW part, the very next day Patricia called me to let me know it was all done and ready to be picked up.. Upon arrival (which they waited a few minutes after closing for me because I was stuck in a bad storm and running late) Anthony brought out the ring and to me surprise he It only reset the diamond and repair the setting he completely refinished the entire ring to look like the days it was bought 25 years ago.... if you’re looking for an honest, friendly and trustworthy local drawer look no further you found your place with Anthony and Patricia at Natale jewelers...

Natale Jewelers is the store I go to for all my jewelry needs! I trust them implicitly with my jewelry. They have repaired, appraised, improved and beautified some of our most valuable pieces. The owner and master jeweler and a real artist! His work is impeccable.

Great experience at Natale! My entire family uses the shop and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I just got a ring resized and it was done perfectly and quickly! Would highly recommend using Natale!
