Never had problems paying my bill but there was only one employee that every single time that she would call to get the payment she always overcharged me only that one employee like what the hell we just need the manager Arturo back at the store never had problems with him

extremely unprofessional and rude. paid our bill off over a year ago and the still call sometimes trying to collect on a closed account and sometimes with their offers. I told them over a year ago that I do not want any calls and I would consider them harassment since I no longer have business with them. they do not care, they continue to harass.

Gave a down payment for some sofas they never delivered or called to tell me anything then they later said it was passed the 7 days and that we cant get our money back but will try to talk to district manager days passed no call back when I decided to call back he said I talked to the district manager and he said he wouldn't give the money back when I said I'm recording this because it's to much he changed the story to I havent had an awnser back so I got mad and yes said some bad words he said we can take it outside so I'm on my way there now

We rented bunk beds for our children whole we moved and didnt yet have our furniture. They promised us new matresses we got old used stained matresse. The bed was put together badly and shaked as the children tried to go to bed. Twice the store was closed on our due date so we went the following day to pay our monthly bill and they charged us 5 dollars for a late fee even though it was impossible to pay on the due date as they were closed. We also received a nasty phone call that same day demanding payment at 8 o clock in the morning. When we were ready to return the bunk beds they scheduled a window of 5 hours and showed up right at the end of that 5 hours. The boys that came to unasseble the beds didnt have the correct tools and had to use my own personal tools to unassemble the beds. Our due date was the 25th of march and we paid for a month we had them pick up the beds on the 9th of april. When i called to see when i could pick up the pro rated refund for the remainder of the month i was told the manager would call me right back. 2 hours later when i hadnt received a call, i called back and the manager told me my money would not be refunded. I do not recomend anyone use buddys in belen or anywhere else for that matter. Rent a center is a much better company to rent from.
