Note: This is for an online order, due to Covid I was not able to visit in store.nnOrdered jewelry, was so beautiful on social media, and in person was disappointing. They also overcharge on shipping, when they use first class mail.nnMy recommendations if you want to order from this company:n- ask them for non social media photos of itemsn- check the measurements on the item listings (the photos are misleading and make items seem larger than they are)n- Customer service isn’t compassionate, they will point you straight back to the rulesn- check the return policies (you can be out lots of cash: including original shipping fees + 20% restocking fee + return shipping fees, this can amount to $50+ for NOTHING)nnProceed with caution.

Not only does Souvenir Jewelry have beautiful handmade pieces, they are consistently showing up for members of the community. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis they have consistently donated items and gift cards to help raise money for community members who have been hit hard.

I was in town on business for 2 nights and was lucky to make it over to the shop. A co worker of mine is a huge fan so I went along for the ride. Loved this small jewelry store. Everything is designed and made in house with quality material. I was so excited to find a piece to go home with. They also have wonderful customer service and were super friendly. Pictured is my new pendant ring. I love it!!
