Excellent Service. I went to the store based off google reviews to get watch batteries repaired. Of the 5 watches I took, one was a hand made wooden watch and one was a Movado (which some stores won't touch). The services was quick, incredibly affordable, and worth the trip. I will be using Telstar for all my jewlery needs now

I’ve been getting my jewelry from Telstar since I was a kid! I grew up right around the corner from there. I’m 35 now. I got my cross for my communion, and for every special occasion, Telstar was my grandmother’s go-to for my gifts. As I got older, I, as well, have purchased all of my jewelry there. When my grandmother passed away in 2008, I bought 2 beautiful necklaces with lockets, a silver and a gold, and John was able to put her ashes in them for me, and that was so special to me. I visited yesterday for a new chain and a ring for the first time in about five years and the service, atmosphere and love hadn’t changed a bit! It’s like family. You’ll never leave unsatisfied. He’s fair with the prices and the products are beautiful. How else would he have stayed in business for so long?! Thanks John! ❤ufe0f

Had a great experience, went in to get batteries for 2 watches and the gentleman John was awesome. Great customer service someplace where I will definitely do business at again. Oh and he gave me 2 pieces of his plants that I was admiring. So I'll call those plants John.

Went to get my chains fixed today and the associate, I believe his name was John, was AWESOME! When I walked in, he greeted me, made me aware that they were practicing social distancing, and said I would be helped shortly. There were 2 other customers but service was super quick! The owner is a great guy!!! My chain was popped or thats what i thought. I received an offer to fix it for $175 from another guy whom had it in his had for over 5 minutes, so i kept searching for relief. This business popped up and all my prayers were answered. He was pleasant and warm on the phone and said cmon down so he could look at it. I went to the store and was greeted by that same awesome gentleman. He took my change and brought it back in a minute. The lobster claw was bent and he straightened it, returned it to me and charged me his fair price (which was leaps and bounds cheaper than that $175). Great people like this, that are not looking to take advantage of the little guy are hard to come by. I would recommend you visit his store, if nothing else to just look around. Strongly recommend him for repairs!!! And i wanna say thanks again if he reads these posts ud83eudd43
