I was initially excited about ordering from your site, products look of quality, and so on. However, I’m leaving merely a 2 star review for the fact that I paid for expedited shipping, and more than a week later at this point, my product has yet to leave the state. No attempt was made to refund the extra shipping costs, and here I am still unsure of why my package is bouncing all over the state of PA rather than being on my doorstep. And next time btw, please don’t text me telling me to leave a Bad review on USPS’s website rather than your own- you are the company I ordered through, so ultimately, it’s your job to provide excellent customer service and makes things right.
One if the nicest shops you’ll see anywhere. Top notch rigs and accessories. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite place for all my glass and Quartz interests.
