I was energetically greeted by my salesman (despite being early to my appointment). He made the most out of my test drive, making sure that I was guided through many of the features of the car, and made sure I understood all the safety features as well. Rick was great! I would recommend him (and team) at Tonkin Nissan if you are in the market for a new car.

Went in to have brakes replaced today, took a little longer then quoted, however that’s always expected at any dealership you go to, not a problem. Paid for the brake replacement, got into my car and the check engine light was on. Went back to service desk and they said they would look at the car again. Someone from service came and explained to me they think it was a break light bulb they just replaced causing the error. Fine, willing to wait until fixed. Gentlemen comes to me again asking if I had transmission issues, I said no drives fine. He went back out and an hour later a lady came and told me, they do not know what’s wrong with the car and I could take a loaner. Always prepared had my license and insurance, however failed to put my new insurance papers in my car. Asked the service receptionist to call my insurance company to verify coverage, She said “no, but you can call and have it emailed. I said to the receptionist my phone died since I been here for four hours, can I use a phone? She just flat out did not respond to me. I saw the service lady who I talked to last and asked her if I could just take my car home? she said “yes, the check engine light is off, but will come back on. I said “OK, so I will bring it back my car Monday and you will have a loaner vehicle for me? She said yes, as long as you have insurance, which I do and a simple call would have resulted In verifying that. I am a repeat customer and have had other issues, but I trust the dealership. I paid for my service, still have some type of issue that did not exist before and my time was wasted. last repair which I had to come back for three times I am not 100% positive was not caused by Nissan Wilsonville and it was expensive. I was treated like scum by the receptionist and my car is not safe now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NISSAN WILSONVILLE. Use to be good, what a shame.

Yesterday I took my Maxima in because my key fobs disconnected, and there was a recall on a part. They greeted me with a smile, were very upfront with me about the wait time (two days) and immediately offered a loaner car. I was in and out in 10 minutes with no issues at all.nnOn the same day, I took my wife’s car (Honda Odyssey) into Honda across the bride. It was having problems with the back door latch (under warranty). I was immediately met with a bill of $150 just to look at it. They said it might not be covered under warranty, so they will probably have to charge. I had to fight to get a loaner car, and was told it would be a few hours. Thank got a call an hour later saying it will be a day or two.nnThe difference in how it was all handled was incredible. You could tell that the management at Nissan gives their employees the tools and autonomy necessary to take care of their clients. It’s never fun to have to take your car in to be serviced, but the fine folks at Nissan made it painless.

Sean and Michelle were the absolute best to work with, they made sure I was happy and worked with me to get the price I wanted. It was my first time buying a car in 14 years and it was really the best experience, and I felt very comfortable. I had looked at other Nissan dealerships and this one was by far the best, no questions. I will recommend Tonkin Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car for sure!

Great transaction. met with other dealers and got the runaround and took too long to get to a solid price. Walked in, told them what I wanted and got the best price with no back and forth. Took delivery and love my new Leaf.
