The WORST customer service and management we have ever worked with. Was overcharged over $2000 after trading in my original engagement ring that was broken and they refused to fix even with insurance because of COVID. Decided to do the trade in program and was overcharged by $2000. Was promised by the manager that if we returned and drove an hour back we would be given the refund because it was their mistake. My fiancé drove back this morning and the manager stated there is nothing they can do and they will not refund the money. Absolutely disgusting and after so many arguments, us two nurses who have been working the through the pandemic in the hospital for months now are now out over $2000. Absolutely appalled. Absolutely no understanding or consideration. Disgrace of a company and store.

The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and heart warming. Khisa help me get my perfect pair of diamond earrings!!!! Looking forward to going back!!
