I live here and its great.
I'm former resident of Vets Haven it's a a shame to hear the the quality of such a facility for Honorable discharged vets has taken such a decline. I can personally say that Mr. Knull I quess I spelled it right a former US colonel that was the superintendent when I was a resident.This man brought down the standards of Vet Haven South collecting rent from individuals that could not afford it removing TV's that he did not pay for or have the right to remove throwing out residents to exercise his power only to have Trenton make him reinstate those homeless vets. In my words a real Uncle Tom and a coward anyway my time at Vets Haven took me to another level my point my brothers and sisters in arms it's up to you, don't blame the system or depend on it make the best of it.
Better than being homeless. Food is terrible, staff is mostly indifferent, and the cessation of the former zero-tolerance policy encourages drug abuse among some of the residents.
