Outback Steakhouse

Went out last night on a surprise dinner date with my love. Originally wanted Cheesecake Factory but we couldn't get a table, so we went to Outback and am I glad that we did! The food was phenomenal! By far the best steak I have had in a long time. Not only was the food and service great, but the prices weren't bad either. I definitely recommend this Outback for anyone wanting to go out for a good steak dinner.

Because of CV we had a 25 minute wait. They requested that we wait in the car. They actually called us early for our table.nnThe staff was wonderful, I even commented how it felt like a date to my husband. No doubt this was supported by the staffs attentiveness.nnFood was evenly delivered with time to eat each course without being rushed. While prices were on the hirer end (20-30 for main courses), prices were nicely offset by the staff.

The steak was great, it was perfectly cooked. I wish I could afford to go back more often and order the prime rib. The salad and dressing was fresh and delicious.

The good, 2 out of the 4 plates ordered were cooked right... The bad, 2 out of the 4 plates were cooked right... Both steaks were way under cooked, and the baked potato was under cooked as well. Service was definitely lacking as well and they weren't even really busy. Drinks weren't refilled for a long time, well basically until we were pretty much done eating, they wouldn't take my sons ID because it was out of date and the server was pretty rude as well, but he couldn't renew it because of covid, although after speaking with the manager, she did some research and finally gave him his drink he wanted. So overall, we were displeased with the service and the cooking. It wasn't bad enough to give one star but not by much...
