Sinju Sushi

Get a bottle of the local sake! The Diamond is top shelf! Super fresh and absolutely delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Edgar was very attentive and also very discreet. Perfect balance. Good atmosphere. Understated in just the right way. I think all around they got it right!

Food was pretty good! I enjoyed all of the rolls I tried, but the best part was definitely the service. Our waiter Chris was super helpful and constantly made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. There are lots of great sushi places in this area but I think I would go back just for the service!

I've never been disappointed having sushi at Sinju. The Spider Roll is my personal favorite but all the rolls and sashimi are top-notch. There is indoor and outdoor seating and the service is usually good. Prices are a bit steep but not sky high.

I consider Sinju to be the best Japanese restaurant in the area. I have been eating here for about 15 years and it has been consistently high quality. All that you expect is here: excellent Miso soup, teriyaki, sushi, including the very delicious and memorable Yummy Crunch roll, which has to be tasted to be fully appreciated. Prices are higher than many other Japanese restaurants, but the quality is also much higher. You're getting what you pay for. Keep in mind that because the sushi is made to order, not in advance, there is a bit of a delay in serving it. It is worth the wait!
