Lincoln Square

It's nice to have all these stores there but as for parking and it leaves a lot to be desired this is better for people who take public transportation and who live in the neighborhood versus people who travel there. I visited Chase Bank and I had the loop around a couple times to get a parking spot but it's better to try to park on Washington Ave then to block traffic on broad Street. people need to be a little bit courteous and when people are ordering lift and Ubers don't ask the drivers to pick you up in the middle of the 1000 block. Use your head and ask them to pick you up on the side street that's less busy. It's not fair to the drivers and it's not fair to the people who are stuck behind the cars double parking picking people up.

Great amenity to the area, and it is much needed. Hopefully they are planning to do a few more of these for Grays Ferry and Point Breeze along Washington Ave. There's basically everything residents need right in one building, and it's within walking distance to a lot of neighborhoods.

It has a Pet Smart, Target, Chipotle, Insomnia Cookies and Sprouts as well as apartments/hotel and a parking deck (with Get Around cars available for rental online). The stores are new and clean and there's parking which is rare this close to Center City Philly. Everything is street accessible and convenient so it's a nice addition to this part of Philly.

Cute Target store but more expensive than a regular size Target.

A great place to go shopping for whatever you need.
