REVIEWING PARKING GARAGE -nI got my parking ticket validated at the grocery store (free parking if you buy $8 worth of groceries). Then on my way out the garage charged me the standard parking fee (after I had double-checked my ticket was validated). Parking garage security was no help.nI emailed East Market afterwards to follow up about a refund, but they ignored my message. Would only recommend parking here as a last resort.
