Awful service!!!! Nobody is there to receive you at the entrance and assist in parking you. On top of that the bump the rate up on Saturdays only! So much for the $6 huge sign to catch you attention, on the opposite side of that sign(WHICH YOU CANT SEE!) is the detailed pricing stating you owe $25 for the day(4 hrs)! Also a very rude lady cashing us out! I would rate no stars! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

THE WORST! DO NOT PARK HERE.nnThe owner is a crook! The sign does not reflect actual pricing, it is there for simply bringing you in and they do not allow you to leave without paying a much higher price not listed anywhere. I had the woman at the exit call the manager to explain our confusion to him about how the sign said $25 and we were asked to pay $40. He yelled at us and told us he was going to call the police. Obviously there is something shady going on here and the women at the exit did not say a word....he probably threatens his employees too. I will never give this place my business again and I will probably call the authorities myself to report the suspicious behavior.

Extremely dishonest parking garage. We only parked there for only an hour and was charged 25 dollars on a Saturday night. About 15 minutes of that time was spent waiting to exit the garage because they only have one lane to exit the garage. Also there were lots of wires hanging from the ceiling. I question whether the garage is up to code. Do not park at an EZ park again. They have lost my business for as long as I breathe!

Hi I parked at:n17th & Pine (1627 Pine Street) Lot Location - EZ ParknnLast Friday around 1 pm. I paid the attendant $21 for a day. He then informed me that we had to leave at 5am the next day. I asked for my money back, he insisted he keep $5!!! It was ridiculous, we were there for 5 minutes, and he wouldn't give us our money back. I wanted to let you know how your business is being run. It was disgraceful. The only reason we were there for over 2 minutes was because the attendant was not available to speak to earlier.
