The Pole Studio

I had a great time with Blue the instructor. I went for Wednesday’s Stretch class and feel extremely good, the day after. Everyone in the class was nice and treated us to sweets. The space is nice and I’d definitely recommend. I’m going back!

It was beautiful experience and awesome work out. The instructor was very pleasant and experience about everything. I will recommend this to any one who wants to get fit, get they sexy back or just want to have fun. Very chill laid back atmosphere. I had a great time.

While on a business trip to Philadelphia,I wanted to get a great fitness work. The pole studio was a perfect fit. The location is great and I was very impressed at the prompt response I received when making an appointment. The work out was fantastic. We did a lot of core strengthening on the ground while using the pole. Squats and arm exercises. I’m very weak so the pole is very helpful in allowing me to do exercises that I haven’t developed the strength for. It’s basically cardio bar on a vertical pole. At the end she also taught me a couple of moves that my boyfriend liked. Thanks Arianna
