Tango

The reason why I give this place a 3 stars is because overall my sister had a great time however the manger was horrible. My sister had a birthday party last night at 10pm and reservations all set we were ready to party.Tango said we can arrive 9:45 to start decorating. We get their at 9:45 the room is not ready. Tango stated they let someone have extra time.Yes. You read correctly. They let another party have extra time after my sister reserved the time slot and sent out invitations for 10pm. We didn’t get into the room until 10:30 and by then the guest already begin to arrive, how embarrassing. The manager and the waiteress for the room both came over and stated to my family that she will get 10% off and extra hour. 30 mins into the party the manager comes back and said she had to choose between the two and that she will not get both. My sister, my mother, my aunt and cousin and me heard him said she will get both. He begin to shout and said she would not get both. We asked to speak to someone higher up because my family and the waitress heard him say she will get both. He then stated he is the higher manager of this place and that the owner his best friend and he will side with him. I’m sorry we did have to laugh at him because what does being the owner’s best friend have to do with us speaking to him and my sister getting accommodated for the place poor decision of letting someone have extra time when a party was already reserved. We are now into 15 mins going back and forth the manager and we just gave up because who wants to spend the whole time arguing and guest were there ready to have a great time. We never spoke with the owner nor did the manager give us his contact information as requested. All I can say is that the manger is bad for business and sometimes hiring friends isn’t a good thing. We will not be coming back.

The experience and fun with private room worked well. The celebration for the Birthday was enjoyable. When our time was winding down the customer service began to become disruptive and short. However we closed out well. When we were in general area the staff walked past broken glass in the floor where customers were dancing and standing. Not one team member found it important to create safety by getting a broom, mop and clean the area. Although a mop and broom was in three staff members hands to walk past the area to go to somewhere else to clean. A guest from our group that mind you we just came out to this scene went behind the bar to obtain a broom to clean up the broken glass and liquid on the floor. This created safety again for all patrons. While the guest cleaned the team members continued to be oblivious or stop and look at customer clean and continue with what they were focused on. The scurry to close out tabs etc was important but not the safety from whatever the accident that caused the glass and liquid to be on the floor. Thankfully no one fell during this time of the negligence of the entire team.

Great service and wings and just a ton of fun. Located right under our Airbnb. Even had hookah. Will be back!

Great food ( my fav chilli wings and scallion pancakes) and drinks the best strawberry tequila I ever had with a special kind of kick and awesome service, I found my gem can't wait till they fully open, great choice of music as well

Really great space for party for teens. Good service, reasonable price, good sound machine. Only place that would let teens be unaccompanied inside the room.
