Lovely view on the terrace overlooking Independence Hall. I was lucky that they accommodated me without a reservation, as it was close to full. Extremely friendly server and manager circulated to check on each guest and was very welcoming. Beer (Guinness) was poured correctly. I only had an arugula salad with chicken, and it wasn't anything special. The lemon vinaigrette was good, the goat cheese was nice, but the chicken had minimal flavor other than char and included a very fatty / stringy piece visible upon service. There were only three apple slices, and it was granny smith rather than honey crisp, which didn't provide the sweet to contrast as well with the lemon vinaigrette. Still, I would try again based on location and service.

My first time was a lovely time. The hostess was very professional and polite, and Princess, my server, took excellent care of me. I think this restaurant is attached to the Curtis Building, but not entirely sure. The food was amazing, the meatloaf was Divine, as was the macaroni and cheese with bacon. I was too full for dessert, but the cup of freshly-brewed coffee was supremely delicious. I shall definitely return to this restaurant when I return to Philadelphia.

I was blown away...great atmosphere, food and service! We had a hard time choosing what to order, so we ordered a few things and shared with each other. The meatloaf is amazing as were the burgers! I especially enjoyed the Blue BBQ Burger. The oysters were fresh and refreshing and the brussel sprouts were so good.
