my issue is that I’ve never been able to reach them on the phone. One day I called in the AM and the phone continued to say “all of our customer service representatives are assisting other customers at this time. Please stay on the line for the next available representative.” For almost 6 hours. I plugged my phone in, went about my day, let it carry on for almost 6 hours. No answer. I’m attempting right now And I’m 46 minutes in with no answer.nnI’m sure they don’t care. Nobody cares about their jobs anymore. It’s kind of sad. They get paid and don’t want to work.

No parking, rude staff, dirty, again rude staff. Case worker told me I wouldnt be able to hold a job. 3 times on hold over 20 minutes to get hung up on. Very rude. I wish I knew how to send complaint about here. Unprofessional
