Filled out application about 3 months ago and was assured we would be able to be helped with backpay assistance. Nothing at all . No communication , bunch of lies and corrupt souls who run this office . I wouldn't doubt if the money going straight into their pockets
I filled out a application for rental help 1year ago I'm still waiting for help I came here today and I am asked why am I here go home (mind u I'm homeless) wait for them to call you... I have been calling everyday since I filled out application and leave messages NOBODY EVER CALLS
Will never trust this agency ever again. Had went to them in regards for rent problems and kept getting the run around. After months of waiting I was put on a list for a program to receive state money for rent but months later was told I was taken off the list and was never notified about it. The OEO needs to be shutdown for good so people in the future wont lose their apartment/housing because of them.
They were very very helpful. Stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Keisha was amazing!!!!
They never helped me either I waited a year and still nothing got the run around so sad they let people suffer when they could of helped .I think they spent the funding
