Small and nice exhibit to visit while waiting for the tour time to see Independence Hall.
Small, but nice. Colonial mapmaking the theme now, 8/27.
Rich history. This was Ben Franklin's private 'social club' in the 1700's. He and 5 scholars from different education backgrounds would meet here on Friday nights, drink, philosophize and amazing world changing inventions and ideas are traced back to this very building. A must see for visitors and native Philadelphians alike. You won't be disappointed.
Small exhibit space, but free on certain days and very informative docents
The suggested donation is $5, I think. It should be $2. An institution with this history should have a wonderful museum. They have a single room about the size of a large classroom.
