We came to Philadelphia Diamond Co. to create custom pieces for our wedding. They absolutely nailed our vision for engagement ring, they were also able to restore some precious family heirlooms. I didn’t want to go into the city to shop for wedding rings, but PDC is a little off the beaten path of Jewelers’ Row toward Old City. Ken was very accommodating. We knew we would still marry during COVID, so I contacted him months in advance to give him a heads up: I had looked online for a ring to my fiancé’s specifications, and he hadn’t liked any of them. Ken assured me that as our date grew closer, he’d be happy to help.nnNot only was he able to help my fiancé find the ring he loved, he was also able to help me find a complementary setting for my engagement ring. Ken is very laid back and flexible, which is an important trait when assisting with lifetime jewelry purchases. We plan to visit Ken for upgrades in the future as we celebrate different milestones.
