I purchased a 14k white gold bracelet, custom made to my taste. This is my first purchase and I was impressed from the moment I walk in. All the staff were very attentive and provided me with excellent customer service. They made sure I was happy with the final product but most important is how I always felt welcome in the store .Their professionalism and expertise is the reason I’m in the process to purchase two more items from them. Solid place for diamonds and gold! I explained to the sales associate that I was on a tight budget for earrings. He couldn’t have been more understanding, and pointed me to a cute pair of diamond disks. $270 for .15 carat Si studs in 10k yellow gold, fair enough. If you’re on a Nicki Minaj budget (former client) the yellow diamonds are in the back ;)

I cannot begin to tell you how overwhelmingly impressed I am with Shyne. Their customer service was stellar. The packaging was amazing! The quality of delivery speedy Gonzalez fast. I cannot thank Lea enough for all her help! My daughter is going to be absolutely in love with this necklace.
